Entourer une lettre

Bonjour,

je souhaiterai entourer une lettre. J'ai essayé \textcircled mais je ne le trouve pas très esthétique : $\textcircled{D}$. La lettre D coupe le cercle. Quelqu'un sait-il faire autrement ?

J'ai essayé d'ajouter une "rule", mais textcircled ne semble agir que sur la première lettre, et le cercle est de taille fixe.

Je te propose \ovalbox{D} en utilisant le package fancybox.
Tu auras un carré très arrondi pour ton D, mais bien centré.
J'espère que ça te conviendra.

Le ovalbox ne me convient pas tellement. Par contre, je n'ai pas compris ce que tu appelles "rule" ? De toute façon, je ne souhaite entourer qu'une seule lettre.

Si tu veux juste un cercle dans lequel il y a un D majuscule, tu peux mimer la construction de \textregistered dand latex.ltx :

J'ai opté pour la seconde solution avec tikz. J'ai compilé ton ECM, aucun problème.
Par contre, quand j'insère cette solution dans mon code j'ai une erreur qui apparaît :

Effectivement, je l'avais oublié. J'ai créé une commande \textcircledd et ça fonctionne dans un ECM :

je remonte ce fil sur lequel je bute en essayant de mettre le petit cercle entourant la lettre en rouge et en laissant la lettre en noir.
Avec le code de pg, complété de draw=red, j'obtiens bien le cercle rouge et lettre en noir.
En replaçant ce code dans mon programme, j'ai deux problèmes que je n'arrive pas régler :

2 - en neutralisant la ligne \usepackage{cellspace}, le fichier se compile correctement mais le cercle reste imprimé en noir, pas en rouge ce que je cherche à faire.
Je ne peux mettre le pdf obtenu en pièce jointe, sans doute une restriction avec le nouveau code que j'utilise désormais comme pseudo de connexion.

Rajouter \RequirePackage{etex} au tout début du document (il y a trop de packages chargés donc tous les registres de dimensions sont utilisés) puis utiliser \textcircledd (avec deux d) pour que ce soit la commande définie qui soit utilisée.

erreur: no room for newdimension
il faut \usepackage{etex} à charger en premier dans le document.

Merci beaucoup pour cette réponse.
La fichier se compile correctement maintenant, mais le résultat n'est pasvraiment joli. Je dois en effet encadrer un "a" et un "b" et Tikz dessine des petits cercles de hauteurs différentes, ce qui n'est pasbeau du tout quand ils se trouvent sur la même ligne.
Y a-t-il un moyen pour arranger ce point?

Il y a possibilité de faire une demande automatique.
Dans ton cas, j'ai validé l'action demandée.
Pas d'aide par MP : les questions sont publiques, les réponses aussi.
